The NEDCO Difference

Attention to Every Detail

One of the aspects of traditional tool, die, and precision machined part making that NEDCO personnel understand best can be described as knowing what’s required for a particular tool or machined part over and above the blueprint specifications. As someone once said, the devil is in the details and we’re all about taking care of those details! From over 75 years in the business, we can help you determine the best combination of material, finish and detail required for your application, including even what edges need to be relieved, broken or remain sharp to suit your specific needs.

Extremely Tight Tolerances

Geometrical relationships, i.e. perpendicularity, flatness and parallelism are also maintained to extremely tight tolerances. You can count on the professionals at NEDCO to watch out for and maintain the proper geometrical relationships that may or, more importantly, may not be spelled out on your drawings. We are able to maintain tolerances to .000050 (50 millionths) on a regular basis in any geometric discipline.

Thorough, Accurate Quoting

Along with this eye for detail, we anticipate your needs when we estimate a job. We quote on the work that needs to be done, not just the minimum work necessary to get by. We believe that this process ultimately results in a more thorough job being done which will save you, our customer, time and money in the long run. You won’t need to rework or otherwise complete a project after you’ve received it. Fitting, stoning or deburring are not processes that you should have to concern yourself with.

Trusted Team Mentality

Our goal is to become a part of your team that can be trusted 100% of the time with your tooling. When you receive your parts, you’ll be confident knowing that you can go straight to the plant floor and be productive immediately.
